There are times when you need help prenatally. Whether you are on bed rest, too tired and uncomfortable to be able to do things, or just need some guidance on how to get organized, let me help you with things such as:
- Meal/snack prep
- Freezer meal cooking
- Running errands
- Grocery shopping
- Light housework such as laundry, making beds, dishes, etc.
- Walking/feeding the pets
- Preparing/organizing older children (laying out clothes, getting book bags together, organizing toys or create a toy rotation, etc)
- Make sure you have what you need to stay comfortable
- Sit and keep you company
- Deciding what to put on the registry- we can even take a trip to the store to go over these items
- Nursery organization
- Diaper bag organization
- Retrieving, cleaning, and organizing clothes and items in storage from previous children
- Baby Shower gift organization for thank you cards and the nursery
- Anything else you need help with in organizing and preparing
Prenatal Support is offered to those in Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Morris, and Passaic Counties only.
Cost: $40/hour
