Prenatal Organization

I understand how overwhelming the preparations for your new arrival can be and I personally love organizing!  Whether you are on bed rest, too tired and uncomfortable to be able to do things, or just need some guidance on how to get organized…let me help you!

• Meal/snack prep
• Freezer meal cooking
• Running errands
• Grocery shopping
• Light housework such as laundry, making beds, dishes, etc.
• Walking/feeding the pets
• Preparing/organizing older children (laying out clothes, getting book bags together, organizing toys or create a toy rotation, etc)
• Make sure you have what you need to stay comfortable
• Talk through the transitions of pregnancy and motherhood – physically, mentally, spiritually
• Support of a rainbow pregnancy
• Deciding what to put on the registry- we can even take a trip to the store to go over these items
• Nursery organization
• Diaper bag organization
• Retrieving, cleaning, and organizing clothes and items in storage from previous children
• Baby Shower gift organization for thank you cards and the nursery
• Anything else you need help with in organizing and preparing!

Prenatal Support is offered to those in Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Morris, and Passaic Counties only.

Fee: $40 per hour

Birth Consultation/Birth Wishes

Birth rarely goes as “planned” so I dislike the term “Birth Plan”. This 2-hour virtual consultation will help you navigate all the choices that may come up during your labor and birth. By learning and narrowing down what your wishes would be for any scenario you may encounter, you can hopefully feel more empowered for whichever direction your birth journey heads in.

Fee: $175 / 2 hours

Pregnancy Virtual Support

Pregnancy is a time of preparation and self-care. That being said, a million questions may go through your head. The internet has so much information that it’s overwhelming and it’s a relief to know an expert is at your fingertips! I’m here to give you suggestions, resources, and answer any question you may have.

I’m here to talk you through situations, give suggestions and resources, or just be a non-judging ear for you to decompress.

Fee: $300 for unlimited text and email during pregnancy

Breastfeeding Education

The world of breastfeeding can be intimidating for moms (and partners!). With this 2-hour class, I’ll sit with you to help squash any fears you may have and to discuss various things such as the basics of how breastfeeding works, various holds, how to latch, common issues and solutions, pumping, returning to work, and the law. One Q&A follow up consultation up to 15 minutes is included. This class can be held in person or virtually.

In person class is offered to those in Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Morris, and Passaic Counties only.

Fee: $250

Herbal and Aromatherapy 101 and Safety

Learn the basics of herbal and aromatherapy usage during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Receive one aromatherapy or herbal blend of your choice. One Q&A follow up consultation up to 15 minutes is included. One Class is up to 2 hours long in person or virtually.

In person class is offered to those in Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Morris, and Passaic Counties only.

Fee: $200
